Personal Training Packages

60 minutes: $75

This is a personal training package that I will guide you through, either remotely through video conferencing or in person.  This includes a Movement Screening Assessment.  Each of these sessions will be 1 hour in length and the number of sessions will depend on your goals and the time frame within which you want to achieve them.  Each session allows me to make any necessary corrections to movements as well to adapt the challenge rating of the activities based on your progress.  This periodized program allows me to be your motivator, your coach and your accountability partner.  The program we will work on will be specific to you and take you through different macrocyles, and you will be provided homework to complete on your own.  2-4 days per week, dependent on your goals and time frame.  Book now to start your journey to a fitter, healthier you!   75$/session

Movement and Fitness Assessment(in person)

60 minutes: $100

This is an opportunity for us to meet either in your home gym or at a local gym.  During this hour we will look at how you move and explore what movements maybe best suited for you to reach your goals effectively, and without injury.  This is not a workout program, it is a consultation to look at and discuss what may be your best options to move forward.   Book now for a chance to start your fitness journey!

Video Consultation and Movement Screening

60 minutes: $85

This is a video conference call where I will guide you through a movement screening process.  This movement screening will allow me to assess your abilities and give you an idea of the direction you can go with your fitness goals.  This does not include an excercise program. It is a chance to find out the exercises that will serve you best and which exercises your body may not be ready for, or best suited to.  Book now to get started on your journey!

Training Program 6 weeks

This is a training program for you to use on your own.  This covers a 6 week period without changes or upgrades.  This includes a 1 hour video Movement Screening/Consultation and a 1 hour video check in at the 3 week mark.   This is really to get you started towards your fitness goals.  Book now to begin making changes in your life!

Training Program 6 months

This program is periodized to maximise your results and to help you learn the tools need to reach your goals.  This includes a 1 hour video Movement Screening Assessment/Consultation as well as monthly 1 hour video checkins.  This program will be adapted to changes in your fitness level as you continue.  Each periodized unit will be sent as the previous is completed.  This also includes simple nutritional counseling.  Book now to start your journey to a healthier you!
