These two courses are an indepth education on how to train individuals with developmental disabilities. The courses looked at biological restrictions, exercise selection, and motivational techniques. All of this was created to bring fitness and health to a segment of the population that often gets left out. The effects of this kind of training also effects the day to day challenges in these individuals lives.
